Regional agricultural drought risk assessment based on attribute interval identification: a study from Zhengzhou, China

Abstract Agricultural drought risk assessment is helpful in quantitatively understanding agricultural and scientifically guiding disaster prevention mitigation. Therefore, according to the characteristics of attribute uncertainty index weight subjectivity assessment, an interval identification model combined with grey relational analysis was established evaluate risk. Firstly, evaluation system from four aspects: disaster, exposure, vulnerability resistance. Then, objective weights indicators were calculated using method. Finally, Zhengzhou evaluated by qualitative probabilistic analysis. Qualitative results showed that at level moderate drought. The probability City being a 79.5%, severe 20.5%. In addition, superiority further verified comparative This research provides new method for regional assessment. Furthermore, it can provide support management departments understand improve efficiency management.
